Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and hands-on experience in industrial/aerospace machinery maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, working with PLC-based automation, and ensuring reliable machine operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, drives, and automation systems
• Work on PLC programming, HMI, and control logic optimization
• Handle systems operating on 24V DC, 110V & 230V AC
• Maintain and support equipment like CNC machines, autoclaves, ovens, and test systems
• Coordinate with production/mechanical teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain proper documentation including preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and ISO audit records
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in machinery maintenance
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi)
• Experience in electrical panels, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to VFDs, servo drives, safety systems, and industrial protocols
• Knowledge of machine safety and EHS practices
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems
