Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, overseeing maintenance and repair operations, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting electrical components, and collaborating with other team members to ensure safety standards and operational efficiency are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices and strategies to ensure reliability.
- Strong skills in Electrical Maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in maintenance work environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
