Maintenance Engineer (Injection Moulding)

Responsibilities.-

• Machine Up-keep: Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on Injection Moulding machines to ensure 24/7 toy production.
• Hydraulic & PLC Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and fix issues in hydraulic pumps, valves, and PLC controllers to minimize production down-time.
• Ancillary Equipment: Maintain peripheral machines like Hopper Dryers, Chillers, and Grinders (essential for recycling plastic scrap in toy making).
• Safety Standards: Ensure all machines have safety sensors working perfectly, as toy manufacturing requires high precision and operator safety.
• Spare Parts Tracking: Maintain an inventory of heaters, thermocouples, and seals to ensure quick fixes.
  

Qualification

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 27 years of hands-on experience specifically in Injection Moulding (Experience in a Plastic Toy).
