We're Hiring | Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical mechanical systems across our projects.

Department: Maintenance

Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently.

Maintain and repair pumps, motors, compressors, AHU, FCU, exhaust fans, valves, chiller plants, cooling towers, DX units, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment.

Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.

Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment history, records, and checklists.

Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.

Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements.

Participate in shutdown planning and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• B.Tech: Minimum 5 years
• Diploma: Minimum 10 years

Required Skills:

Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

Mechanical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, rotating equipment, piping, and utility systems

Maintenance planning, documentation, and reporting

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills
