Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented self-starter to join our award-winning Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a passionate digital marketeer fluent in all things digital with their eyes firmly set on the prize. This role sits at the intersection of Mainline Account Management and Digital/Social Media Servicing, making you a key contributor in driving brand success across platforms.

Social Media Servicing

- Research, Analyse & Ideate Social Media Strategy for large MNC and National brands from diverse industries
- Develop impactful editorial calendars, creatives and communications which meet all brand and business goals along with accurate account posting and publishing for all clients
- Create monthly reports tracking and monitoring results for clients on their accounts.
- Interface with clients, business heads, designers, writers and technical specialists to keep all projects moving in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with Social Media Executives, Interns & Account Managers to ensure timely execution and optimizations of approved calendars
- Supervise Production of concepts to ensure output as per concept approvals.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, technology, advertising, marketing & design.
- Be the in-house expert on all things social
Mainline Servicing
- To be the interface between agency's internal stakeholders and clients
- Work closely with Brand Management, Marcomm & Corp Comm teams on client side to understand their brand goals, business goals and communication goals
- Work closely with Content, Design, Digital and Media teams on the agency side to work on client briefs and deliver solutions as per client expectations
- Conduct in person / virtual meetings with clients for briefings, proposal presentations and project reviews
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Taking part in pitches for new contracts
- Handling commercial aspects of assigned client accounts such as timely submission of invoices and timely payment recovery

Competency
- Strong Communicator with exceptional writing, comprehension articulation abilities.
- Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
- Understanding of various industries and categories through a discerning brand and
marketing perspective
- Keen interest in studying and learning consumer behaviour
- Proficient in written and spoken English (Hindi & Marathi an advantage)
- Innate curiosity to learn new things and work with people.
- Skilled at negotiating with the ability to think on their feet
- Commercially aware
- Familiar with various social media trends with an in-depth understanding of the different nuances of each channel.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders - designers, writers, technical specialists, clients and business leaders and adept at using formal and informal influence to keep work moving forward in a timely and efficient manner.
- Abreast of the latest trends in advertising, social media and digital technology.
- Relevant skill-based certifications are an added advantage.
- Highest level of technical expertise in the latest social media platform features and updates.
