Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hogan Core Banking Test Analyst to join our growing team supporting a major Australian banking client. This role is ideal for professionals with strong mainframe testing experience who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with cross functional teams, and contributing to high impact banking initiatives.
Responsibilities
- :Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define testing scope, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across teams
- .Design comprehensive test cases for System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring full coverage of functional and technical requirements
- .Prepare and manage test data for end to end scenarios across core banking modules
- .Execute manual progression and regression testing across mainframe and distributed environments
- .Analyse test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to drive timely resolution
- .Validate mainframe interactions with distributed systems, including batch processes, DB2 queries, and JCL workflows
- .Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans, execution logs, defect reports, and status updates
- .Communicate testing progress, risks, and insights clearly to project managers and business stakeholders

- n:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related fiel
- d.5+ years of Core Banking Mainframe testing experience, with strong hands on exposure to Lending and other core banking module
