Mainframe Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Mainframe application support development and modernization initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of Mainframe developers and support engineers
• Drive technical design code reviews and architecture discussions for Mainframe applications
• Oversee production support activities batch processing incident management and problem resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
• Ensure application stability performance availability and compliance with organizational standards
• Lead release management deployment planning and change management activities
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures
• Support modernization efforts involving APIs cloud integration and DevOps practices
• Coordinate with Infrastructure DBA Middleware and Operations teams for end to end solution delivery
