Strong experience in TSYS TSY2 payment processing platforms
Hands-on experience with API integrations, file handling (SFTP/FTP), and batch job monitoring.
Good understanding of incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Desk).
Incident Management
Lead end-to-end incident resolution for platform issues across TSYS, APIs, file processing, and middleware components.
Vendor and Downstream Coordination
Engage and coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., TSYS support, payment gateway providers, etc.) to resolve external dependencies.
