  10+ Years of Experience in Mainframe Storage Administratio
• nAdminister and manage z/OS storage environments, including EMC/Dell EMC mainframe disk subsystem
• sConfigure and support storage replication solutions (SRDF) for high availability and disaster recover
• yPerform disk initialization, reorganization, and space management activitie
• sMaintain and update SMS definitions (Storage Groups, Classes, ACS routines) across LPAR
• sManage enterprise tape library systems and tape management processe
• sMonitor and automate space allocation and dataset growth to prevent storage-related outage
• sAnalyze and optimize I/O performance using RMF/SMF and storage performance metric
• sMaintain DFSMS components and related storage utilities and product
• sImplement and support backup, archive, and DR procedures, including DR testin
