Mainframe Senior Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Mainframe application development, enhancement, maintenance, and support activities.

· Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development team members.

· Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, code reviews, testing, and implementation.

· Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and support timely resolution.

· Coordinate with business, application, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

· Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, documentation standards, and delivery timelines.

· Participate in technical discussions and provide recommendations for effective Mainframe solutions.

· Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe application development and/or support.

· Good technical leadership and team coordination capabilities.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
