Qualifications:
Exp range: 6 to 10 years
Mainframe Developer: Experience with code changes, unit test data creation, and knowledge of payment and cards processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in COBOL, JCL, Db2, VSAM, SORT.
Basic knowledge of CICS including associated tools.
Familiarity with mainframe debugging tools and techniques.
Experience: 7+ of relevant experience in mainframe Development.
Agile Workflow: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Tools: Endevor, File-aid, OPC scheduler, Prior experience with Rally or other related dashboards.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues
