Job Requirements

Provides complex database support activities

· Designs and completes Database Administration Maintenance tasks.

· Completes Complex database changes and application implementations.

· Understands and works within incident and change management principles and best practices

· Analyzes, tests and implements changes and enhancements to database management software and databases.

· Mentor Database Administrator's Collaborates with technology/infrastructure staff to identify database relationships and functional requirements; analyzes and resolves issues related to information flow and content.

· Performs Database performance and tuning activities

· Performs special projects as assigned or directed.

· Understands and able to communicate database management software Licensing knowledge.

· Provide off-shift support for database support/incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Incident and service request on Mainframe IMS and support the Mainframe environments and its products.
