• Mainframe debugging tools (Compuware Abend-Aid – batch & CICS)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and support mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Work on system architecture design, documentation, and solution assessment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including batch and online systems.
• Participate in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Provide technical support for deployments, escalations, and production issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement workarounds/fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during stand-ups and delivery cycles.
