We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In This Role, You Will
- Need to perform the role of Individual Contributor for Mainframe, Datastage and GCP Applications for a project consisting of Support, Development and Maintenance functionalities. Apart from daily development work during day hours, there would also be on-call support activity in night on rotational basis.
- He/she will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Projects including requirement analysis until Implementation and Post Implementation Support.
- He/she will be responsible for all operational SLA/ Timelines for various projects and support activities.
- He/She will be responsible for automation and integrating the deployment pipelines, establishing monitoring required by the enterprise into all systems, data-engineering to fulfill and maintain the data-lineage requirements requested by the external regulators and regulation-frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Should have extensive development, analysis and support experience on Mainframe skills.
- Experience in Acucobol, COBOL, JCL, VSAM.
- Knowledge of IBM DB2 and GCP.
- Knowledge of Unix and Linux commands.
- Knowledge on various TWS/IWS Scheduler.
- Knowledge of German language basics would be an added advantage.
- Experience as technical author, to maintain, create and structure the (available) documentation.
- Experience on automation and to integrate the deployment pipelines.
- Experience in establishing monitoring or to integrate the monitoring required by the enterprise into all systems.
- Experience in data-engineering, who helps to fulfill and maintain the data-lineage requirements requested by the external regulators and regulation-frameworks.
