Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Mainframe applications using Assembler, IMS, and COBOL
• Analyze business requirements and perform impact analysis for enhancements and fixes
• Design and develop high-performance Assembler programs following coding and security standards
• Work with IMS DB/DC for transaction processing and database interactions
• Debug and resolve complex production issues with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with onsite and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support release activities
• Maintain technical documentation and support application stability

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Mainframe development experience
• Strong expertise in Assembler programming
• Solid working knowledge of IMS (DB/DC)
• Proficiency in COBOL
• Experience in production support and debugging
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from onsite teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
