Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mahila Career Agent, located in Kurnool. The Mahila Career Agent will perform tasks such as identifying potential clients, promoting life insurance products, providing financial guidance, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies. The role also involves engaging with communities to spread awareness about life insurance and providing personalized solutions to clients based on their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Client relationship management and customer service abilities
- Understanding of financial products, especially life insurance
- Sales aptitude and ability to execute marketing strategies effectively
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in sales or insurance is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of local market and demographics in Kurnool
