Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mahila Career Agent with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). The position is based in Bilaspur, and allows for a combination of work from home and on-site activities. The Mahila Career Agent will be responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing insurance products, educating the community about insurance policies, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role also includes managing client portfolios, handling customer inquiries, and conducting periodic follow-ups to ensure policyholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and digital tools
- Strong ethics, reliability, and integrity in handling sensitive client information
- Desire to learn and grow in a client-focused, sales-driven environment
- Knowledge of local language and culture is advantageous
