Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mahila Career Advisor based in Ahmedabad, with options for partial work-from-home. The Mahila Career Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on career development, counseling individuals on career transitions, and helping clients identify and achieve career goals. The role will also include assisting students in career planning, offering insights into career management, and helping people build successful career paths. Regular communication and follow-up with clients will be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, guiding career decisions, and Career Development
- Experience in Career Management and advising individuals on career paths
- Strong background in Student Counseling and providing tailored advice for various age groups
- Excellent Communication skills to build rapport and effectively assist clients
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector will be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related fields
