Qualification

- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing and dairy microbiology
Key Responsibilities
1 Quality Control of Raw Milk
- Perform microbiological testing of raw milk to ensure it meets quality standards before processing.
2 Product Safety Testing
- Conduct microbial analysis of dairy products to detect contamination and ensure food safety.
3 Fermentation Process Control
- Monitor fermentation processes and microbial cultures to maintain consistent product quality.
4 Shelf Life Study
- Carry out shelf-life studies to evaluate microbial stability and determine product expiry.
5 Hygiene Monitoring
- Assess plant hygiene and sanitation practices to minimize microbial contamination.
6 Preventing Spoilage
- Identify potential spoilage microorganisms and implement control measures.
7 Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
