We are seeking a Tech Associate with expertise in Magento and e-commerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Magento development and a strong understanding of e-commerce principles. As a Tech Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our Magento-based projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Magento-based websites and e-commerce platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives.

• Customise Magento functionalities and develop custom modules as per project requirements.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of Magento applications.

• Stay updated with the latest Magento trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

• Participate in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.

  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento development and implementation.

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and best practices.

• Experience with Magento 2. x is preferred.

• Knowledge of Magento extensions, themes, and customization techniques.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
