We will require these SMEs at need basis. We need them to be ready almost immediately.

Below are the roles and responsibilities for each SME position:

• Deep Expertise in a Specific Domain: SMEs bring in-depth knowledge of applications, technologies, processes, or industries, providing expert guidance on complex topics.
• Advisory Role: SMEs play a key role in designing solutions, offering insights during planning and execution, and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Consultation for Issue Resolution: SMEs are consulted to diagnose and resolve complex issues, recommending solutions beyond the general team's expertise.
• Collaboration: SMEs work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business and technical goals.

Key Knowledge Areas:

• Proficient in Access Control Lists (ACL)
• Strong understanding of business objects exposed by the application and their integration with third-party tools, e.g., middleware
• Experience in setting up, configuring, and testing applications with data mirroring production environments
• Familiarity with web services managing CRUD operations on various objects
• Experience in integration domains, especially middleware/ETL tools
