We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machines to produce precision parts and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with machine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, CNC, or conventional) as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Measure, mark, and align workpieces to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and precision.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain records of production, machine settings, and material usage.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to meet production targets.
