Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduates from Electronics/Instrumentation
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Must Know: Machinery Health manager Engineering, AMS-6500, Set Up and Configuration and commissioning at Site.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to Projects with strong system and functional knowledge of MHM 6500, combined with project execution
. Contributingto the successful completion of assigned Multiple MHM6500 Projects
. Abilityto identify clear decisions or recommendations that may emerge from meetingdiscussions
- Helping in project scheduling and budgeting of projects
- Responsible for CMS (condition monitoring), Emerson-AMS 6500 System /AMS ATG System / Wireless System
- Ensuring the compliance to the project quality standards
- Delivering project documentation & records
- Interacting/coordinating with cross functional teams of other global office to ensure consistency in project deliverables
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress reports, quality, and reviews for assigned scope
- Responsible to engage with overseas country Customers and doing necessary project coordination with Customers, Engineering Contractors and/or Consultants
- Achieving cost & time targets for assigned scope
- Understand and document scope, schedule, and budget of work to be done
Technical Skills
- MHM Design, Engineering and Configuration
- Expert in Vibration monitoring technology
- Authoritative knowledge of MHM system and Machinery Health Analysis
- Should have prior experience on Emerson or GE (Bently Nevada) or Shinkawa or Meggitt Prediction and Protection systems
- Expert in Dynamic Balancing and Laser Alignment techniques
- Expert in using portable vibration Analyzer (CSI 2130/2140) for analyzing various parameters and predicting health of the equipment
- Expert knowledge of communication protocols (OPC/Modbus) and field instrumentation
- Experience of working on databases and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Developing project specific Functional Design Specifications document based on User Requirement Specifications.
- Preparation of FAT and SAT Procedure documents
- Preparation of Heat and Power Calculation document
- Selection and sizing of System Cabinet Hardware components
- Participation in Front End Design and Engineering study
