(CNC | VMC | HMC | SPM)
Role Objective
To manage and optimize machine shop operations including CNC, VMC, HMC, and SPM lines, ensuring high productivity, quality, safety, and on-time production as per customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily machine shop production as per PPC schedules.
Supervise CNC, VMC, HMC SPM operations to meet output and quality targets.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards.
Monitor OEE, cycle time, rejection, breakdowns, and implement improvements.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and performance monitoring.
Ensure proper documentation, MIS, and SAP production entries.
Skills Qualifications
BE / ME in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
610 years of Machine Shop experience (Automotive / Heavy Engineering preferred)
Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC SPM processes
Working knowledge of SAP HANA production modules
Leadership, problem-solving cross-functional coordination skills
