Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop-floor production on CNC Turning, VMC and HMC machines
• Allocate manpower and monitor shift-wise production targets
• Ensure machine uptime and cycle-time efficiency
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• Verify tool offsets and job setups before production
• Coordinate with QC to reduce rejection and rework
• Monitor cutting tools, inserts and tool consumption
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain safety, discipline and 5S standards
