Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager based in Hoshiarpur. The Machine Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, managing machining workflows, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and conducting inspections. The role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on maintaining and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently manage workflows and meet operational goals.
• Proficiency in Machining and related technical processes to ensure smooth shop floor operations.
• Experience in Quality Management and Inspection to uphold product standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to lead and inspire teams effectively.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership role in a machine shop environment will be highly valued.
