Machine Service Executive Plastic Recycling Machines

Location: Virar (with travel)

Experience: 35 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Service executive / Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of recycling machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission recycling lines, shredders, squeezers, and washing systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Train operators on machine usage and safety.
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with the production team for improvements and spare parts.
• Ensure a smooth and professional after-sales service experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or similar ( Preferred not compulsory)
• Strong technical knowledge of extruders and recycling systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand assemblies.
• English Speaking skills, problem-solving skills and willingness to travel.
• Prior experience with machinery servicing is a plus.
