Job Description:

We are seeking a CMSE-certified Machine Safety Expert with strong expertise in functional safety, risk assessment, and safety system implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international machinery safety standards and drive the implementation of robust, reliable safety solutions across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine safety risk assessments as per global standards and define risk reduction measures

• Design and validate safety-related control systems (SRP/CS) in line with standards

• Define and evaluate Performance Levels for safety functions

• Develop and implement safety concepts, circuits, and architectures

• Program and configure Safety PLCs and safety relays

• Conduct safety circuit validation and testing as per compliance requirements

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, safety reports, and validation records

• Collaborate with design, commissioning, and client teams to ensure end-to-end safety compliance

Core Competencies:

• Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE)

• Strong understanding of machine safety standards and categories

• Expertise in risk assessment and risk reduction methodologies

• Hands-on experience in safety PLC programming and safety relay logic

• Knowledge of safety circuit design and validation techniques

• Experience in safety device selection and configuration

Proven experience in:

• Safety PLC programming

• Machine safety assessment & implementation

• Functional safety lifecycle activities

• Hands-on experience with safety systems such as Rockwell, Sick, Pilz, Leuze or similar
