Machine Safety Engineer
Primary Responsibility: Ensure machines, production lines, robots, conveyors, AGVs, and automated systems are designed, commissioned, and operated safely while complying with international safety standards.

Typical Responsibilities
- Conduct machine risk assessments.
- Define required Performance Level (PL) or SIL.
- Design safety architecture and safety circuits.
- Configure and validate safety PLCs.
- Verify robot, conveyor, AGV, and machine safety functions.
- Execute Safety FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Education & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation.
- 5-12 years in Industrial Automation / Robotics / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with automotive, battery, or process manufacturing plants is highly preferred.
