Machine Operators

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our team and support the operation of modern production systems in the railway fastening industry.

Mandatory Training & Knowledge Transfer Program: Germany (First 6 Months)

Location

Vadodara, Gujarat

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's in Production / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 7–8 years of experience.

(or)

Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Mechatronics with 15 years of experience.

Experience

Bachelor's in Production / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with hands-on working experience of 6–7 years in:

• Bending machines
• Railway fastening industry
• Spring manufacturing sector
• Heat treatment setup

(or)

Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Mechatronics with 15 years of experience in:

• Bending machines
• Railway fastening industry
• Spring manufacturing sector
• Heat treatment setup

Language Requirements

• English
• Hindi

Any additional regional language will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Passport
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Area of Responsibility

• Operation, setup, troubleshooting, fault clearance and conversion of state-of-the-art production systems
• Carrying out quality checks during the ongoing production process
• Ensuring correct documentation
• Participation in the continuous improvement of production and quality
• Execution of scheduled maintenance and cleaning work
• Maintenance support for installations and repairs of machines and systems
