Machine Operator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Injection moulding Machine Operator role based in Coimbatore. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines and related equipment to produce plastic components according to specifications. Responsibilities include performing routine checks, adjusting machine settings, and handling basic maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role involves inspecting finished parts for quality, reporting defects or irregularities, and maintaining accurate production records. The Machine Operator will also work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and follow all safety and housekeeping procedures on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including visual inspection and basic measurement checks.
• Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools for setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members.
• Basic understanding of injection moulding processes or similar manufacturing operations is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and production guidelines.
• Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or production fields is an advantage.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
