Machine Operator

This is a contract role for a Machine Operator located on-site in Gurugram. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines, monitoring machinery performance, and conducting basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production processes. Additional responsibilities include adhering to quality control standards, ensuring optimal use of hand tools, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation, with knowledge of various types of machinery and their functionality
• Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with product standards
• Familiarity with Hand Tools and the ability to use them effectively in the operation and maintenance of machines
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery or related fields is a plus
