We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Screen Printing and Laser Cutting machines, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on shop floor role ideal for candidates with practical machine operating experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor screen printing machines to produce accurate, high-quality Screen prints.
- Setup, run, and maintain laser cutting machines.
- Achieve production targets and quality as per production requirements.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished output for defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Record production data including output quantity, downtime, and material usage.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in any relevant trade
- 1–3 years of experience operating screen printing or laser cutting machines (Required)
- Basic understanding of machine settings, parameters, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and follow technical job instructions
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication and observation skills.
