Machine Operator / Line Leader

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform the printer, machine start-up.

- Wash and Sanitize the machine, record the CIP checklist.

- Coordinate with the mixologists.

- Operate the machine.

- Prepare the samples for retention and QC check.

- Record the Pre-operational checklists and Output.

- Report to Assistant Production Manager / Production Manager if there is machine / quality issue.
