Machine Operator, Korattur location

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations strictly.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and production output.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle physical demands of the job.
