Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator based in Surat. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring production efficiency, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. The role involves maintaining quality control standards, utilizing hand tools for adjustments, and collaborating with team members for seamless production processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and expertise in managing machinery
• Attention to detail and skills in Quality Control to ensure product standards
• Experience with Hand Tools for routine maintenance and adjustments
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production workflows
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to perform well in a team-based environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
