Lamination Machine Operator – Job Responsibilities

·        Operate lamination machines for paper, sheets, cartons, boards, and other packaging materials.

·        Load and position materials correctly into the machine.

·        Set machine temperature, speed, pressure, and other parameters according to job requirements.

·        Ensure smooth, accurate, and uniform lamination of materials.

·        Monitor the machine throughout the production process.

·        Inspect laminated sheets for bubbles, wrinkles, peeling, improper alignment, and other defects.

·        Ensure the required production speed and quality standards are maintained.

·        Identify and troubleshoot basic machine-related operational issues.

·        Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the lamination machine.

·        Coordinate with the production team and other machine operators.

·        Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

·        Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.

 Federman – Job Responsibilities

·        Load paper sheets, cartons, boards, and other packaging materials into the printing/press machine.

·        Set and adjust the feeder system according to material size and machine requirements.

·        Ensure smooth and continuous feeding of materials without double-feeding, jamming, or misalignment.

·        Check the alignment, speed, and feeding accuracy during production.

·        Monitor the machine and resolve basic feeding-related issues.

·        Maintain the required production quality and output.

·        Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance of the feeder section.

·        Coordinate with the machine operator and production team for smooth production.

·        Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.
