Machine Operator

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor reactor machines as per production requirements.
• Ensure proper mixing, heating, cooling, and processing parameters are maintained.
• Follow production batch instructions and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Check machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and process conditions during operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the reactor area.
• Record production data, machine readings, and batch details.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure raw materials are loaded and processed correctly.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE while operating machinery.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of reactor operation and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read process parameters and production instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Technical background preferred)
