Machine Operator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining textile machinery, performing quality control checks, and handling tools necessary for efficient machine operation. The role will also include routine machinery inspections, identifying any malfunctions, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with various types of textile Machinery
• Experience in performing Quality Control and ensuring precision in production tasks
• Skillful use and maintenance of Hand Tools relevant to textile manufacturing
• Strong Communication skills to work effectively with a team and understand operational requirements
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a factory environment
