Machine Operator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator, located at our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and setting up CNC machines, ensuring that they meet production schedules and quality standards. Key tasks include monitoring machinery, adhering to safety protocols, inspecting final products for quality assurance, performing basic maintenance on equipment, and logging production data accurately. Collaboration with team members and adherence to standard operating procedures will be essential for success in this role.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience working with CNC machines
• Strong skills in Quality Control and attention to detail to ensure high precision and product standards
• Familiarity with using Hand Tools and working with various types of Machinery
• Effective Communication skills for reporting, teamwork, and coordination
• Understanding of safety procedures and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance is a plus
• Any relevant vocational or technical training in machine operation or engineering is advantageous
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
