About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning professional to lead an advanced-level bootcamp focused on real-world AI systems and large-scale model training. The trainer should have deep hands-on expertise in modern ML frameworks, foundation models, and production-grade AI optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, high-impact training sessions (2 hours daily)
- Train learners on advanced ML engineering concepts and real-world implementations
- Guide participants through large-scale model training and optimization techniques
- Mentor learners in production-ready AI system design
- Conduct assessments and provide technical feedback
Core Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of professional ML engineering experience in an AI/ML-focused organization
- 3+ years of experience working with data pipelines and productionized ML models
- Extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch
- Experience training large-scale foundation models (VLMs, text-to-video models, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI integration optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production systems
- Experience with distributed training and high-performance optimization techniques such as: Quantization, Mixed precision training, Model parallelism, Data parallelism, Fully Sharded Data Parallel (FSDP).
- 4+ years of experience with industry-recognized ML frameworks such as: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask
- Strong programming proficiency in Python (Bash scripting required; Scala or Java is a plus)
- Strong understanding of software development best practices including: Unit testing, Code review, Documentation, Continuous integration, Dependency management.
- Experience with Apache Airflow and AWS Cloud for workflow automation and orchestration
- Ability to rapidly prototype while also delivering robust, production-grade implementations.
