Job Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and develop models with measurable success metrics.
- Manage resources (hardware, data, personnel) to meet project deadlines.
- Analyze and rank ML algorithms for problem-solving.
- Explore and visualize data, identifying distribution differences that impact model performance.
- Share knowledge, implement best practices, and contribute to team growth.
- Clean and verify data quality.
- Supervise data acquisition and search for external datasets for training.
- Define validation strategies and work with DocAI and Vision API.
- Build, maintain, and improve machine learning algorithms and systems.
- Develop scalable, automated processes for model development.
- Identify new opportunities to optimize processes and improve user experiences.
- Train models, tune hyperparameters, and deploy to production.
- Work within the GCP Ecosystem.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/Masters in a quantitative field (CS, EE, Math, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP, deep learning, or data-driven modeling.
- Strong programming skills in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Spark, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop custom algorithms on top of open-source frameworks.
- Experience with advanced tech solutions (POCs, prototypes, products) in AI/ML/NLP.
- Familiarity with data management, cloud computing, and big data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex solutions.
