Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to drive the development of machine learning models for robotics-driven research and automation. You will design and fine-tune models that process multimodal data (vision, language, robotic sensor data) and leverage simulation environments for large-scale training and validation. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for robotics and automation tasks.
- Build multimodal AI pipelines (vision, language, sensor data).
- Work with simulation frameworks (e.g., MuJoCo, Isaac Gym, PyBullet) to train and test models.
- Optimize data processing pipelines for experimental and synthetic datasets.
- Collaborate with the robotics team to integrate AI models into real-world workflows.
- Document models, experiments, and results for research dissemination.
- Stay updated with advancements in embodied AI, reinforcement learning, and simulation-to-reality transfer.
Qualifications:
- Master's/ PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML research or software development.
- Priority is given if you have published in reputed journals and conferences
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with robotics simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac Gym, PyBullet, Webots, or Gazebo).
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer or embodied AI is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.
