RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for personalized content retrieval, ranking and powering semantic search
• Algorithm Improvement: Continuously improve existing algorithms and models by experimenting with new techniques and approaches to enhance accuracy and performance
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform model development and feature engineering
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into the JioSaavn platform and ensure seamless functionality
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and apply relevant innovations to our projects
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from a reputed college(The CS degree is good to have but should not be a requirement. Relevant experience in the same field can also count towards eligibility)
• 3+ years experience in building highly scalable applications
• Strong CS fundamentals, problem-solving skills, data structures,machine learning, deep learning and algorithms (Major requirement)
• Experience with leading projects in system design, architecture, and technology selection
• Experience in a microservices architecture and python is a plus
• Knowledge about SOLR and having worked with Search related projects is a plus
• You are comfortable working with a dynamic team with rapidly shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
