Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning to configure, support, and optimize SaaS applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, ensure stability, and align technical solutions with business goals.

Must Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Machine Learning
Strong expertise in data modelling and algorithm development
Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in Python or R
Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
