Location:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML with deep expertise in building AI-driven chatbot systems and end-to-end LLM-powered applications. In this role, you will architect and develop intelligent conversational experiences, work with LLM frameworks, and lead the design of scalable AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and conversational interfaces using Python.
- Architect and build AI/LLM-based systems leveraging frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.
- Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and fine-tune models for domain-specific tasks.
- Lead POCs and drive end-to-end product development from ideation to production.
- Collaborate with product, ML, and backend teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot distributed architectures.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the AI technology stack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI/LLM-based products.
- Familiarity with Langchain-style architectures and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of API design, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Nice To Have
Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or building custom NLP pipelines.
Exposure to frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
