Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable ML models and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in working with both structured and unstructured data, deploying models, and solving complex business problems using advanced analytics and AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases
• Work with both structured (SQL, tabular data) and unstructured data (text, images, audio)
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Build and optimize models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Develop NLP, Computer Vision, or deep learning solutions as required
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines and ensure scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and data science

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured datasets
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Experience in building and deploying ML models using cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs / RAG

Work timings: 2:00pm to 11:00pm.
