Role Overview

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that extract insights from structured and unstructured documents, detect anomalies, and enable automation across complex workflows.

You will build and integrate AI models into our SaaS platform, collaborating closely with our backend, data, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy ML/NLP models to automate data extraction, classification, and decision-making processes.

2. Implement document understanding (OCR, invoice parsing, entity extraction).

3. Create anomaly detection and forecasting models.

4. Manage AI data pipelines from data preparation to model serving.

5. Work with backend teams to integrate models via APIs or microservices.

6. Continuously enhance model performanceby incorporating user feedback, retraining strategies, and monitoring tools.

Required Skills

Core:

• Python, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
• NLP / LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face)
• ML model lifecycle (training, tuning, deployment)
• OCR Tools (Tesseract, PaddleOCR, AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer)
• SQL, data cleaning, preprocessing
• API deployment using FastAPI / Flask
• Docker, Git, REST API Integration

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to financial or accounting data
• Familiarity with MLOps (MLflow, CI/CD for ML)
• Knowledge of PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Experience with Power BI / BI data pipelines
