Role Overview:

Join our customer's team as an Machine Learning Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. You will leverage advanced technologies to solve real-world challenges while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize and manage data pipelines, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval with PostgreSQL.
• Continuously research emerging AI trends and best practices to enhance model performance and capabilities.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI applications in production environments, adhering to best industry standards.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes to facilitate clear knowledge transfer and project continuity.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Python programming for AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and related AI technologies.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas succinctly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills, thriving in hybrid work settings and multidisciplinary environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI models in cloud or containerized environments.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools for automated workflow management.
• Previous experience working in cross-functional or customer-facing teams.
