Role: ML & Generative AI Developer

Experience: 48 years

Locations- Bangalore / Hyderabad / Indore / Noida / Pune

The ML & Generative AI Developer will design, build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on development with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent-based AI systems, focusing on practical, production-ready implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and GenAI solutions for real-world use cases.
• Build LLM-driven applications, including prompt engineering and RAG-based architectures.
• Implement agentic AI workflows under the guidance of the Lead or Architect.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate ML and GenAI components with backend systems and APIs.
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance.
• Adhere to best practices in coding standards, version control, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Practical experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Solid understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Experience with ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.
